Here we are in ‘Full Swing’ of the Outer Banks Wedding Season! I wanted to share with you what is one of my favorite OBX Wedding traditions… the Sand Ceremony. I like to refer to this as “the beach version of the Unity Candle.” It carries similar symbolism to the Unity Candle, ( the blending of two individuals to form a relationship as one ), but you will have a very hard time keeping a candle lit on the beach ; )
